Service Termination
Violation of any of the terms below will result in the termination of your Account.
On site equipment In some cases we may supply and install on your site Data
Collection Equipment that remains our property, The risk to our Equipment shall
pass to you on delivery and shall remain with you until returned. If our equipment
is disabled, damaged or destroyed or lost, then subject to payment by you of the
re-enabling, repair or replacement cost, we will re-enable or supply replacement
equipment. This agreement will remain in force pending the repair or replacement
of the equipment or until this agreement is terminated.
Your Account
- This agreement will endure for a minimum period of three months (3) months and thereafter
may be terminated by you on three (3) calendar months written notice expiring at
the end of the original term or at any time thereafter. Termination is subject to
all payment of all outstanding fees and charges.
- In the event of the start date of the Service being other than the first day of
any calender month, you must pay a pro-rata share of the monthly costs from the
start date to the end of the calender month.
- All amounts which are overdue for payment will attract interest at the rate of 2%
per month compounded monthly.
- Your invoice will include a charge for the number of extension users detected by
us on your PBX, we count the number of users monthly and adjust your account accordingly.
- You must provide your full legal name, a valid email address, and any other information
requested in order to complete the sign-up process.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. We
cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply
with this security obligation.
Payment, Refunds, Upgrading and Downgrading Terms
- The Service is billed in advance on a monthly basis and is non-refundable. There
will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds.
- All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities,
and you shall be responsible for payment of all such taxes, levies, or duties.
- For any upgrade or downgrade in Service level, you will automatically be charged
the new rate on your next billing cycle.
- Downgrading your Service may cause the loss of Content, features, or capacity of
your Account. We do not accept any liability for such loss.
Cancellation and Termination
- All of your Content, call records etc. will be immediately deleted from the Service
upon cancellation. This information cannot be recovered once your account is cancelled.
- If you cancel the Service before the end of your current paid up month, your cancellation
will take effect immediately and you will not be charged again.
- We, at our sole discretion, have the right to suspend or terminate your account
and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other service,
for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation
or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account, and the deletion of
the Content in your Account. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for
any reason at any time.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to update the Conditions Of Use from time to time without notice.
Any new features that fix or enhance the The Service are subject to the Conditions
Of Use. Your continued use of the Service after these changes shall constitute your
agreement to such changes. Our Conditions Of Use are always maintained and up to
date publicly on this web site
Modifications to the Service and Prices
- We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently,
the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.
- Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription fees to
the Service, are subject to change upon 30 days notice from us. Such notice may
be provided at any time by posting the changes on this web site.
- We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price
change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service
Copyright and Content Ownership
- Your call record information, email addresses and any other information ascertainable
by the inspection, telephone call records or telephone accounts remains your property
and we will not sell or use this information for any purpose other than to provide
you with The Service.
- You agree not to use, or in any way communicate to any third party any information
relating to our operations, plans, intentions, product information, web site content,
know-how, design rights, patents, copyrights, trade secrets, software, market opportunities,
customers and business affairs. The look and feel of the Service and its content
is copyright 2008. All rights reserved. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any
portion of the HTML/CSS or visual design elements.
- You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion

General Conditions
- The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- You must not modify, adapt or hack the Service or modify another website so as to
falsely imply that it is associated with the Service, or us.
- We may, but have no obligation to remove Accounts that violate our intellectual
property or these Conditions Of Use.
- We do not warrant that (i) the service will meet your specific requirements, (ii)
the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, (iii) the results
that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable, (iv)
the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased
or obtained by you through the service will meet your expectations, and (v) any
errors in the Service will be corrected.
- You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited
to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses

(i) the use or the inability to use the service; (ii) the cost of procurement of
substitute goods and services resulting from any goods, data, information or services

or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; (v) or any
other matter relating to the service.
