TelcoTwo is a privately held, internationally based call accounting company with its primary location
in Singapore. Since 1997, TelcoTwo has been providing call accounting and billing
services to organizations with as few as 5 telephone users to large multi-location
companies exceeding 100,000 extension users.
In 1997, having discovered that traditional call accounting systems were not meeting
customers needs, we developed the worlds very first Call Accounting Service offered
as Software as a Service (SaaS). We have been developing and improving the service
ever since and remain the undisputed leader in this field.
Internationally based
We take pride in being an internationally based company, staffed and run by passionate
industry professionals head hunted for their talent from across the globe. We distribute
our Call Accounting services internationally through many channels; some of our resellers are household
names who re-brand our services as their own.
Visit us at our office, built during the British colonial period, it has a rich
history and is conserved as a national heritage site. It is a well known location
in Singapore's central business district and makes a striking contrast with the
high rise ultramodern city center. Restored under the country's strict conservation
