3. I can't see the PIN number in the report? :

The call logging information always includes the account number, sometimes confused with a PIN number. There is a setting in your profile that allows you to see, or hide, the account code or PIN number used to make a call or to simply see "PIN" when a PIN number is used. Please contact us to change this setting.
