4. In the date range, what is the custom button for? :
The custom button enables the use of the Custom Date field below. When requesting a report from the call management software,you can choose custom dates or you can choose from the "last week", "month to date" etc. on the form. Choosing a button other than the Custom button will disable the custom dates.
