20. What is OTG and TTG? :

OTG=  Originating Trunk Group.
TTG = Terminating Trunk Group

Calls enter (incoming) the PBX on an Originating trunk group and leave it (outgoing) on a terminating trunk group.

There are occasions when the telephone management system will record a call with both an Originating and a Terminating Trunk,  this is a transit call, it entered and left the PBX without involving an extension.
