30. I have several reports to run, can I run them all at once and save the results? :
The call management system provides a Batch button on most reports when you need to create several ad hoc reports. If you use the run button, you are forced to wait until the report appears on the page before you can run the next report. The batch button queues the reports and when they are finished deposits them into your Batched area under the Admin > Batch tab
